Montaze is a creative, graphic design professional from Louisville, Kentucky, currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Professionally, Montaze has served as Creative Director of Football for multiple Power Five colleges, such as: the University of Louisville, University of Oregon, Florida State University, and Assistant Director of Creative for Wake Forest University Athletics. He now currently holds the position as Sr. Graphic Designer (NFL), at On Location. Throughout his career, he has proven ability to lead art direction, curate social media platforms, conduct photoshoots, and manage a high volume of projects in a fast pace environment.
Before entering collegiate athletics, Montaze worked nine years as an in-house graphic designer for Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District, where he created educational, marketing and advertising materials through print, electronic and video mediums.
Montaze has a passion for learning new ways to push his creative boundaries. He is fascinated by great storytelling, beautiful design, movies, competition, family and sports.
Through his creativity, Montaze strives to produce amazing work, collaborate with great people, and inspire others along the way.
In 2006, Montaze earned his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University and completed his Master’s in Business Administration in 2011 from Sullivan University.
